With COVID extending fro a longer period of time, for athletes may be going through some things mentally. Some challenges that you have never faced before. These challenges are not apart of your sport, they are the battles within yourself! When theses challenges come, you may need outside help. A help that is not family or friends, a help from someone outside that help you from their experiences. A great site is Betterhelp.com. This website has many situations that you made need help with or are going through. It will give you a specific to talk to with whatever you need. This is a good way to get that help mentally that you may need.
Here is an article for athletes that will give you a good method on getting in the zone. For some it may be easy to do that, for others it may be very hard due to the outside factors. Right now during this time of COVID-19, would be a great way to practice getting into that zone because it will only make a better you when the time comes.
Due to COVID-19, the gyms for athletes have been closed. While every athlete is using to going to a gym with weights and more, don’t let this stop you. Here is a 30 minute in-home workout that hits many parts of the body. With this, it will take away the mental feeling of you not accomplishing anything while you cant make it to a gym.

The link below gives methods on how to clam your nerves down whenever you need to. I have used these methods myself before games, before presentations, before interviews, and they work when done correctly. Knowing how to calm yourself down is great and allows you to preform the ask at hand better than with worked up nerves.
Here is a 20 minute workout video with zero equipment. Sometimes you may have a long day and not have time to go to a gym. To be productive, you can squeeze in this 20 minutes and feel great for the rest of your day.
